Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to support our manufacturing and after-sales operations. This position is responsible for purchasing materials, managing supplier relationships, tracking deliveries, and ensuring materials are available to meet production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage purchase orders based on production schedules and inventory needs.
Monitor supplier deliveries and expedite orders to prevent production delays.
Coordinate with Inventory, Production, Quality, and After-Sales departments.
Identify material shortages and communicate potential supply disruptions.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing, and delivery dates in the ERP system.
Process purchasing requests for warranty parts and after-sales service materials.
Follow up with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies and delivery issues.
Support continuous improvement of purchasing and inventory processes.
Qualifications
2–5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, NetSuite, or SAP.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
Experience with automotive, RV, electrical, or mechanical components is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
Ability to access manufacturing areas as needed
